A website for a vet practice: online booking, new-client registration and video calls with a nurse
A vet practice website needs three things a pet owner can do from a phone: book a visit, register as a new client and get advice before driving in. Our live demo, Helmside Veterinary Hospital, does all three today, and we build a practice's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a practice manager the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a practice manager asks for
- Booking that fills the diary. A booking form with the type of visit (consultation, vaccination, nurse clinic, groom) and a day and time from the appointment calendar. Bookings land in the admin and by e-mail.
- New-client registration. A form that collects the owner, the pet and the previous vet, so the practice can ask for the records.
- Video calls with a nurse. A button on the visit page starts a video or voice call from the browser; staff answer in the admin.
- Prices shown up front. Each service with a photo, an explanation and its price.
- Health plans and grooming sold online. Monthly plans, grooms and gift vouchers are products in the site's own store, with a cart and checkout. The practice connects its own payment account.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers questions about hours, prices and booking from the site's own facts.
- Private feedback, a QR code for the waiting room and an app on clients' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a client's phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What the client sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page; open Book and pick a type of visit (do not send it); open Services to show the prices; show the video call button on Visit; then show the demo tour. Helmside is a fictitious practice in Kendal, England, priced in pounds, and its photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the practice, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Practices whose appointments live in their practice-management software (with the clinical records and reminders joined up) should keep booking there; the website can link to it. The demo's booking form does not write into that software.
- Practices in a corporate group usually get the group's website and may not choose their own.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions practice managers ask
Can we use our own services, prices and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the services, prices, hours and photos; the demo's practice and pictures are only examples.
Where do bookings and registrations go?
Into the site's admin, and by e-mail to the address the practice chooses.
Does it work outside the United States?
The demo is set in England: British English, prices in pounds and London time on the booking calendar.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
